Photographing a beautiful mother to be weeks before she's about to welcome her daughter into the world was the highlight of my month. The session that was supposed to be a short one went on a bit longer than expected because we were both caught up in making images to capture her at this moment. With each frame, I found myself filled with happiness knowing that we were creating memories. These photos will one day be looked back on when the little girl is walking or running around and her mother is wondering how she ever created such a wonder.

I'm excited for Megan, her husband, and the baby who will within weeks see the world for the first time. I hope that the years ahead are filled with the same love and joy for the life they've created that I've felt with my daughter.
